a. Apologies for absence.

b. Approve 2021 AGM Minutes

c. To receive the Report of the Committee of Management (COM) for 2022.

d. To elect an Honorary Club Captain (John Harwood), Honorary Club Secretary (James Pocock) and Honorary Club Treasurer (David Loy).

e. To elect members of the COM.

f. To appoint Brian Orr as Honorary President, an Honorary Vice- President is not proposed at this time.

g. Approval of Membership Fees. COM propose that the membership fee structure for 2023 is as follows:
