Ladies A Team Win!
League Winners 13 Years in a Row!
I am delighted to report that our A Team won their match today, at home to Darlington, 5/2!
This win has sealed a very successful season for this team and we now know we have won the league for a fantastic 13th consecutive year!
As Team Manager, we would dearly like to thank all 14 ladies, who, at some point over the season, have played for the team. We had Marianne Moore, Rosie Preston, Sue Musgrove, Carol Rae, Helen Morgan, Chris VB,Julie Rose, Yvonne Dunbar, Pat Coxon, Val Brown, Jill Dickinson, Jennifer Dixon, Diane Smart and Annabel Parker who have all contributed to this wonderful achievement.
We did half two matches this year but won all the rest??
Our Lady Captain, Sheena, was there for us today, both seeing us at the start and welcoming us in at the end. Many thanks Sheena, it was lovely to have you with us and all the players really appreciated it.
