Ladies Harper Kennedy Success
Trophy Retained..
We are delighted to report the ladies scratch team retained the Harper Kennedy Trophy for a ninth consecutive year. This year was a close run thing with Dunblane and Hilton Park performing well leaving us needing to win 3.5 games out of 7 in the last match against Helensburgh to win the trophy. We managed to win 4/3 and so retained the trophy by 1 point, the narrowest win for some time.
Our team was supported very well with some of our ladies taking part for the first time, a great prospect for the teams future.
