Vice-Captain's Charity Donation
The Hospice of St Francis
Yesterday saw Alan Basciano hand over a cheque for the value of £7,800 to ‘The Hospice of St Francis’. These proceeds were raised in Alan’s Vice-Captaincy year through various fundraising events and kind donations. Here’s what Alan had to say:
We are very proud to have supported The Hospice of St Francis as our chosen charity for 2023 and to contribute towards all their amazing work. We would like to thank all the local businesses in Berkhamsted and Dunstable for their generous donations and we would especially like to thank all the members of Dunstable Downs Golf Club for their amazing support in helping us achieve our donation.
