I wanted to inform you about enhancements in our restaurant operations.
Firstly, I am delighted to inform you that a new menu has been launched as of today, 1st of March which has a variety of new dishes, along with some seasoned favourites. Navin has been taking a lot of your feedback on board and in this menu, I hope you will see some of the improvements that he has made from the feedback he has received. There are also daily specials which are set up to surprise you with different options that are created to give you even more options from the standard menu.
Please do not forget that as a member, you do get 7.5% discount off the standard price menu items so long as you use your membership card to pay. Please do make sure to top up your card before spending in the restaurant so that you get this benefit.
You will note some changes to the price of items on the menu which are necessary with the increased costs associated with running the restaurant. I am sure you have seen the coverage in the news of just how challenging the food and beverage industry is at the moment and unfortunately, the restaurant here in the club is not immune to these challenges.
Secondly, in our continuous efforts to improve efficiency and ensure the best possible service for you as members, the restaurant will be implementing a new system for taking orders.
This new system is not just about embracing technology; it's about streamlining processes to enhance your dining experience and minimise food waste. By accurately recording orders, they can better manage their inventory, reducing the risk of food wastage and ensuring that the fridges are always stocked with your favourite items.We understand that change can sometimes be met with apprehension, but we assure you that this transition is for the betterment of our club and its services. We believe it will ultimately result in smoother operations and an even higher standard of service for all members to enjoy.
As the restaurant staff adapts to this new system, we kindly request your patience and support during the transition period. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
