The Balmore Open was held today in reasonable weather with 158 competitors taking part.

Prizewinners vouchers were posted today Monday 3rd June, to their home golf clubs, Balmore winners vouchers are behind the Bar.

The winner of the Balmore Open trophy was Derek Brownlie from Wishaw Golf Club, with an excellent nett score of 62, just edging out Andrew Mcmillan from Dougalston and Sergei Baltacha from Milnathort who scored nett 63. Very well done to all three.

The best scratch score was a 67 by Gary Mack from Clober, beating our own Niall Lamond by 1 shot - well done Gary and Niall.
