Links Ladies triumph in Cambs & Hunts Seniors Cup
Cambs & Hunts Seniors Cup
The Links hosted the Cambs and Hunts Seniors Cup on 6th August, 37 ladies played from across the County.
There were 3 trophies to be contested and I am very pleased to report that all 3 were won by Links players!
Seniors Cup (best gross score) - Marcella Tuttle (gross 78)
Super Seniors (best gross score over 69 yrs) - Jude Hole (gross 93)
President’s Salver (best net score) - Jayne Sant-Brown (net 68)
In addition to the trophies there were 3 other net prizes awarded in handicap bands. Congratulations to Carol Wigham who won the 12.7 to 17.8 category and Jane Clark who won the 17.9 to 28.5. Finally, Alex Gilbert took the pot in the two’s competition!
Thanks to our County Rep Stella for all of her hard work in getting the day arranged and all of her helpers.
