This weekend saw attempt number 2 of the annual Club Championships, following our first attempt in July being rained off after just a couple of hours.

Over 100 members took place in the event across various sections.

The winner of the main event with an incredible two rounds of 70 & 68 totalling 2 under par was Robert Sutton. Followed closely behind by Chris Spooner totalling 2 over par and Dan Jones totalling 4 over par.

Some other fantastic scores included:

- Chris Jones taking 1st place within the Ladies section shooting 83 & 87.
- Ricki Allen taking 1st place within Men’s Division 2 shooting 84.
- Dave Wyllie taking 1st place in the new Seniors Club Champs shooting 80.

Another congratulations goes to Rob Sutton on his 4th consecutive Club Championship title. Can someone else take the trophy next year…..?
