Another corking annual away weekend with 32 members, hosted by Member for Social Gary Norman, saw a trip up the M40 to The Warwickshire. Two great but long courses, some brilliant weather and some decent food and drink, led to some spectacular golf over the two days.
The individual honours on day one, went to Fiona Stewart and Doug Baillie, with some impressive scoring
The Texas Scramble on day two was won by the team of Page Singletary, Gary Norman, Julia Bailey and Stephen Tague, with a nett 60!
All in all, a great weekend away, and Gary is already scouring the country for next years venue. A big thank you to all who came and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

…and finally
Don’t forget the sign up sheet for the fun day is in the front bar. No fun if you’re not there!!!
Also - a word regarding marking your balls. When doing so kindly think of a potential future owner. Subtle, yet unique, markings may be adapted by the finder of a previously lost ball. Marking like this however is somewhat permanent!
It’s a bit like tattoos - or so Chas Bain told us (btw, thanks for the laminated gate passes Pascal and Chas has your ball!)
That’s All Folks…
