In extremely challenging weather conditions, local member, Eric Smith, was the Overall Winner of the Balmore Senior Open with an excellent nett score of 64. Overall Runner Up was Alastair Strachan also from Balmore who scored 66.

The best scratch score was a 73 by James Robertson from Clober beating Graham Boyce of Hollandbush by 2 shots.
