Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Golf Club’s AGM will be held in the Kennet room on Wednesday 6th November 2024 starting at 7.30pm. Notices of this meeting have been published as per the club’s constitution and displayed on all notice boards and in various other areas throughout the club.
Members wishing to submit a motion to the attention of the committee and owners to be included in the meeting's agenda and put to the membership, subject to approval, will have to do so prior to Wednesday 16th October 2024 in writing, proposed and seconded and handed in to either the hotel reception or the pro-shop marked for the attention of Andy Storer Club President. Motions submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Refreshments will be kindly provided and served in the bar after the meeting kindly donated. By Sandtrend Ltd
Members are reminded that the AGM is about the Golf Club, the course, club competitions and the membership and not about Sandtrend Ltd or the hotel.
Agenda, financial statement and minutes from the last AGM for approval will be provided on the night.
