Hawkstone Pair win coveted trophy ..
After a few honourable mentions on the leaderboard for HPGC members in the Clwyd & Border Alliance Autumn Campaign, Lawrence Ellerby (pictured left) and in form Paul Tenneson finally topped the leaderboard playing recently at Padeswood & Buckley GC. The duo posted 42 points to win the Roy Griffiths Bowl one of the few trophy events on offer. Both played steady golf but a super last four hole finish by Paul sealed the deal. Very well done both.
