Fillet of beef medallions, sauteed spinach, rosti potato with wild mushroom and stilton sauce
Pan fried red snapper with a courgette provenscale and black olive tapenade and rosti potato
Beef tomato stuffed with mushroom risotto (V)

Dessert
Dark chocolate torte with brandied cherry compote chocolate soil and vanilla cream golf ball
Lemon meringue choux bun, raspberry sorbet, raspberry meringue kisses

Cheese
Buffet cheese table with selection of British & French cheeses, celery, grapes, onion chutney and crackers.
