Overall, the results are again very strong. The highlights being.
• 97.5% rated Greens Great or Good
• 90.9% rated Fairways Great or Good
• 97.8% rated Food & Drink Great or Good
• 93.7% rated Clubhouse & Service Great or Good
• 91% rated Office & Service Great or Good
Our Net promoter score is an excellent 52% with 95% of members expecting to be a member in 2 years’ time. 88% of members did not want to pay to reintroduce a paper diary.
Naturally there are some things we can improve upon, these namely being
• Bunkers, with 55.3% rating them as poor
• Tee Boxes, with just 54% rating them as Great or Good
• Paths, with 6% of comments asking for improvements
• Menu & Kitchen hours, with 6% asking for these to be kept under review
• Members etiquette, with 5% commenting on members conduct on and off the course
• Communication, where 13% asked for better communication
Agreed actions
1. The club will begin a programme to replace the sand in all bunkers over the next 2 to 3 years
2. Tee boxes will be protected over the winter with mats and undergo increased spring maintenance
3. 6th, 7th & 18th paths will be improved this winter
4. Kitchen hours will be kept under review, although previous trials to extend the kitchen hours proved unviable
5. Chris and his team will regularly review the menu
6. Etiquette in the clubhouse is the responsibility of all, so we would ask all members to behave appropriately
7. We will trial a monthly newsletter to help improve communications
8. We have already started some work on a prospective General Club Manager role
