Work Party – 25th of October (Fireworks Night)

As we gear up for our eagerly awaited Fireworks Night on October 25th, we're organizing a work party to make sure the evening is both splendid and smooth.
This year, we're expecting a larger crowd of around 300 guests, and we're committed to providing a delightful experience for everyone. To help us ensure the event runs smoothly, we're in need of volunteers for various tasks. We need assistance with:
* Guiding visitors to and from parking areas and event spaces.
* Monitoring crowd movements to maintain safety and comfort for all attendees.
* Responding to general queries and providing directions throughout the evening.
* Collecting donations.
The event kicks off at 5:00 PM, but we ask our volunteers to arrive by 4:00 PM for a brief orientation and role assignment. We expect to wrap up by 10:00 PM. Refreshments and a meal of ham, egg, and chips will be provided for all volunteers.
If you're available and eager to help, please respond to this email to sign up. We'd love to have you join us in making this event a success!
