In keeping with the new structure of the Golf Club, the meetings will be less formal than in the past, but no less important.
The Men’s, Ladies and Seniors will each have their own section meeting – with the same agenda structure – and following all of these will be the main Stoke by Nayland Golf Club Annual Meeting on the evening of Friday November 8.
Each of the sections will meet with the following agenda:
1. Welcome from the outgoing Captain
2. Captain’s Report
3. Proposed unification of Essex Golf Union and Essex Ladies County Golf Association
4. Presentation of trophies
5. Handover to the new Captain
6. New Captain’s address
7. Meeting close
The first of the meetings will be the Seniors Section on Monday October 28 at 3pm in the Gallery restaurant.
The Ladies Section will meet on Thursday November 7 at 9.30am in The Gallery restaurant.
The Men’s Section will meet on Friday November 8 at 7pm in the Gallery Restaurant. In order to keep things flowing, trophy winners will be able to have photographs taken at the conclusion of the main Club Meeting.
Immediately following the Men’s Section meeting we will hold the main Club meeting in the Gallery Restaurant, with the following agenda.

2. President’s Report
3. Finance Report
4. Competitions Report
5. Proposed unification of Essex Golf Union and Essex Ladies County Golf Association
6. Presentation of Mixed Trophies and Club Champions Trophies
7. Report from the Director of Golf
8. Close of meeting
