Our Juniors continue to shine!
West Derby Golf Club Junior Section Success.
The showcase night of the year for our talented Junior Section here at West Derby Golf Club took place in our Clubhouse last Friday. The sold out event saw Junior Club Members from 8-18 years old, recognised for their hard work, talent, skill and dedication to the sport.
Junior Organiser Mark Feeney and his team who help run our much-admired Junior Section, were on hand to acknowledge and champion the great skill that is coming out of West Derby Golf Club at the minute, at Junior and Colt level.
Well done to all of our winners on the night! As an organiser, Mark spoke of how he is so proud of the group of children, who represent our club, at local, regional and national levels.
He thanked the parents for their dedication to making the children such wonderful advocates of our golf club.
Thanks also went to the very valued sponsors of the trophies who continually support this great section.
