Excellent scoring in amazing conditions
The latest competition of the autumn/winter series of Sunday shotgun greensomes took place earlier today in virtual summer conditions! The players taking part certainly made the most of the amazing condition and scoring was high.
Winning the trophy with 43 stableford points, off their combined handicap of 22, were Paul Le Marquand & Steve Sims. They were very consistent with 21 points on the front nine and 22 on the back.
Runners-up, on a back nine countback, were Jason Byrne & Philip Grehan with 41 points, edging out the Captain, Howard Cooper, and Phil Morris into third place.
