Williamson Qualifier 4 had a great turnout with 93 players returning scores on the day. The rain held off until the last hour of play, with lots of good scores throughout the day. Last week's champion returned with some fine form firing 40 points, including playing the last hole in the dark! He had 22 points on the way out and 18 points back in, with 13 points in his last 5 holes. Congratulations on back to back weeks, and the best gross score on the day as well (time for a handicap cut!). Ronnie Sives came in second with 38 points, followed closely by Simon Peascod with 37.
In Division 2, Colin Bannister stole the honours on countback with 38 points. He had 20 points on the way out and 18 on the way in, finishing with 2 pars for 6 points. Patrick Gray and James Andrews came in 2nd and 3rd with 38 points also.
In the Order of Merit, Simon Pritchard takes a great lead into the next few Williamson's with a 250 point lead from 2nd place Will Bell and Craig Potts.
Williamson 5 is on this coming Saturday, there are a few spaces still available at 11:15 and after 12:30. Looks to be another good turnout.
