Members restaurant discount

The new caterer is now up and running, which is great news, and it is wonderful to see members back in the club house.
At the members information evening it was proposed that in addition to an increase in the bar prices there would be a 10% catering levy in order to help return Fortwilliam Golf Club to a financially sustainable position. With the new caterer starting this has been amended slightly by the Council and the House Committee with instead of there being the 10% levy the members 5% discount when paying by the members smart card will be temporarily withdrawn. All catering sales will contribute 5% to The Fort. This will be a temporary suspension and will be reviewed and reversed after 3 months.
