The annual Turkey Trot, held in association with the Rabbits Section at Halifax West End Golf Club, took place on Sunday, 17th November 2024. The event featured 25 pairs, including many winter members experiencing their first shotgun start at the club. The day was a resounding success, highlighted by friendly competition and a lively clubhouse after the round.

Husband and wife duo, Kirsty and Jonny Mellor, emerged as the winners with an outstanding score of 43 points. Close behind, Craig Brennan and Mark Wall secured second place with 42 points, while Rabbit Secretary Lee Gray and Graham Washington claimed third place on countback with 41 points.

The Rabbits Section extends thanks to everyone who contributed to making the event memorable. Your continued support is crucial for the success of these events. The next event, the re-scheduled Bruce Parker Bowl, is set for Sunday, 12th January, with a 9:30 am shotgun start. We look forward to welcoming you to this event.
