Take Pride in Your Course – Repair, Replace, Respect

Dear Members,

We are increasingly concerned about the lack of care being shown towards our course, particularly regarding unrepaired pitch marks on greens and unreplaced divots. Even more concerning, divots have been found very close to greens, which appears to be deliberate damage.

Our course is one of our greatest assets, and it is the responsibility of every member to help maintain its quality. Failure to repair pitch marks and replace divots not only impacts the playability of the course but also shows a disregard for fellow members and the club itself.

As a reminder, any members found neglecting their responsibility or deliberately damaging the course may face disciplinary action, which could lead to suspension or revocation of membership.

We urge all members to take pride in Vicars Cross Golf Club and treat it with the care and respect it deserves. If you witness any incidents of damage or poor behavior, please report them to the club office.
