We had a great turnout for the last Williamson Qualifier of the year with over 100 playing, with some still trying to qualify for the final with 37 points. There was plenty of good scoring with 6 golfers scoring 40 plus points.

In Division 1, Simon Peascod took the spoils in some windy conditions with 41 points. He had 18 points on the way out and 23 on the way in, including back to back 4 point holes, with birdies on the 15th and 16th, plus two other birdies on the back nine! Steven Cullen came in second with 40 points, followed closely by Russel Kirkbride with 39 points.

In Division 2, Craig Marshall ended up on top again, continuing his fine form with 41 points. Craig had 19 points on the way out and 22 on the way back in. Martin Skowronek came in second with 41 points losing on countback to Craig. Derek Peachey beat Ralph Hogg on countback with 40 points for third place. Special shout out to Ralph who has been working harder than ever with Nicky and the junior coaching, putting in good scores more than ever!

There were a total of 16 two's in the qualifier including two 2s from George Ross, Trevor Thompson and Liam Thompson.

In the Order of Merit, there was little to no movement in the final qualifier. Simon Peascod made an attempt to get into the top 3 but just pulled up 10 points short. Michael Kelly ended up on top with some fine form across all Williamsons. Simon Pritchard took second place after two early Williamson wins back to back and other good performances. Andrew Little came in third with consistently good scoring in the Williamsons. Find below the full results for the Order of Merit.
