Prize winners will have to produce a valid Handicap Certificate or

CDH ID No.

Starting times available from 8.00am to 3.30pm
Applications on an official entry form which can be downloaded from
www.golfempire.co.uk , or in writing including names, telephone numbers, email
address, preferred starting time, home club and handicap/CDH ID No.
Applications to include the entry fee; Cheques payable to “Woodham Mens Section”
and sent FAO: Kenneth Dye, Woodham G&CC, Burnhill Way, Newton Aycliffe, Co

If you require a written reply please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. All other
replies will be via email.
Members can collect an application form from the club pro shop and submit along with
payment through the Pro shop. Alternatively download the form from Golf Empire
website and submit through the golf club along with the entry fee. Members are
requested to include contact details and preferred tee times. Tee times will be on a first
come system and will be advised by text or e mail.
