Jubilee Mixed Foursomes
Monday 5th May 2025
On Monday, 5 May 2025, 56 couples played in our annual Jubilee Mixed Foursomes competition, traditionally Ladies Day.
A shotgun start at 10am followed registration and a light breakfast and all 112 players got around Killermont in glorious sunshine.
As the players came through the course bar at the ninth tee, the atmosphere appeared fun and very relaxed with not too many falls outs!
The stableford points scoring, ranged shall we say, with the top four couples all scoring an impressive 38 or more points.
The results were as follows:
Winners: Alison and Hugh Campbell 41 Pts
Second: Denise and David Sifton 39 Pts
Third: Anne and Ken MacTaggart 38 Pts Better last 6 holes
Fourth: Denise and Stewart McNaughton 38 Pts
The on course prizes were won as follows:
Ladies Nearest Pin at 4: Mags Balsitis
Gents Nearest Pin at 11: Iain Lockhart
Nearest pin in 2 at 8: Karima Hassan and Graeme Matheson
Nearest pin in 2 at 13: Fiona & Stuart Neilson

Following the prizegiving everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch in the Kelvin Suite that ran into the early evening with glorious sunshine soaking the terrace.
The Captain’s Committee would like to thank all Glasgow Golf Club staff for their assistance and contribution to a very enjoyable fun filled day.
