50th Anniversary Competitions
Weekend Results
Our 50th Anniversary Celebrations were blessed with glorious weather throughout the weekend. It certainly helped the golf and in particular a couple of players playing tee shots at Par 3’s. Having recorded 3 Hole-in-Ones in the past 7 days we had a further two on Sunday. Paul Coe holed out on the 8th and John (Jay) West on the 12th. I can’t remember seeing so many bottles on the bar!
The Saturday Par 3 Competition was won by Pat Booden and the main event of the weekend The Stratstone BMW sponsored Anniversary Stableford was won by Gary Sheridan with runner-up David Smith a point behind.

Following the presentation Roger Dimmock shared some lovely memories of his 50 years with the club.
