Huge congratulations to Gabbie, our Junior Captain and Beth who both narrowly lost their semi final matches in the County Championship and the County Russell Trophy respectively at Willesley Golf Club over the weekend. Both players played some fantastic golf in two very close matches which went to the wire. Gabbie’s opponent had home advantage and went on to become County Champion and Beth also lost to the eventual winner of the Russell Trophy. Well done to both of these young players who are a credit to Longcliffe Golf Club!
