Members Club Reminder on Behaviour
We kindly remind all members that our golf shop staff are here to assist you and ensure the smooth running of your visit. Recently, there have been instances of staff being subjected to inappropriate comments and blame for decisions made at a management level.
Please remember that our staff are not responsible for policy decisions and should not be held accountable for them. We expect all interactions with our team to be respectful and in line with the Club’s Code of Conduct.
Abuse or disrespect toward any staff member will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension of membership privileges.
