Introducing the Divot Bag Scheme

As many of you may have noticed, new Divot Bag stations have been installed at the A1 and B1 tees, complete with bins for empty bags and refill points available after the 9th hole if needed.

This initiative has three key aims:

**Improve Presentation: Removing the traditional, often unsightly and underused divot boxes from tees.

**Enhance Fairway Conditions: Instead of replacing divots—which are rarely effective unless perfectly aligned and followed by rainfall—the divot mix helps repair the turf more reliably. This results in fairer lies and a better overall playing surface.

**Support the Greenkeeping Team: By encouraging members to use divot bags, we can significantly reduce the hours spent by the greenstaff on divot repairs.

More bags and refill stations will be added across the course over time to help maintain our course in the best condition possible. Your support in using the divot bags is greatly appreciated.
