Installation of irrigation at Lochore

FGT has confirmed bid to have new irrigation system fitted at Lochore has been successful fully automated system will be fitted end September 2025 fully operational for 2026.
FGT had been successful in its bid to the Nature Restoration Fund.
£195k has been granted which will fund a 2-year project developing areas of FGT golf courses to create habitats where wildlife can prosper. fully reshaping burn and small tree plantations throughout course.
We will also see the moving off putting green from old clubhouse being moved over to mound area near new first tee.
Very positive things now happening with new sprinkler system which will help improve putting surface at lochore and putting green.
