Quiz Night Report
I can only say that a brilliant night was had by all with the many questions baffling some but feeling very easy to others. Everyone was very jolly and listened intently to all the questions with only a few repeats needed. Hooray.
Wendy and Chris Johnson ensured that all the scores were collected, compiled, checked and added to the Spreadsheet so that everyone knew how they were doing.
The food was really super dooper with happy smiles and full tums throughout the Clubhouse. Very well-done chefs and jolly staff clearing all away quickly ready for the last look at the Table sheets.
The results found us with a tie break from two teams giving Jules Staddon finding a brainbox with Eddie Smith and his wife. So, they won the £50 first prize with the Dave & Joe Malley plus Mark & Yvette Saville-Barton taking the Runner-Up place.
Everyone won something and were content. Nobody moaned, nobody cared, everyone cheered and vowed to return in October when organised.
