With immediate effect preferred lies are reinstated due to a number of bare patches on the closely mown areas on the course, until further notice.
Therefore as a local rule you may lift, clean and place your ball within 6 inches on a fairway or the fringes of the green, no nearer the hole.
You must play the ball as it lies in the Rough.
