Crouch Cup Results, Pro-Am, Purley Ball Spotters, Ladies Results
Men's Crouch Cup Results
140 men played in the Crouch Cup Stableford competition over the weekend. Congratulations to Andy Rawlings for winning the competition with 44 points. Grant Twine came second with 41 points. Willie Dunn, Jim Urquhart and Aaron Anderson all had 40 points. The full results and the latest Hollymead Cup standings are attached with today's latest news email.
Purley Ball Spotters - This Saturday
We have an excellent entry for the Purley Trophy (36 hole Scratch Open) this Saturday, with a full field of 54 players. We would like to ask for any volunteers that are available to help with ball spotting throughout the day. If you are available and would like to help out, please reply to this email to let us know what times you are available. Your help to make this event run smoothly is greatly appreciated.
Pro-Am - Friday 15th August
Our Pro-Am this year is taking place on Friday 15th August. Entries are open online and via the Club V1 app. Full details about the event can be seen on the poster attached with today's latest news email. If you already have a Professional to play with, please email to let us know after you have submitted your entry, don't add the Professionals name when entering online. The closing date for entries is 1st August.
Ladies Results
Kyocera Bognor ladies B team
After their strong win against Cowdray at home in the 2nd round of this competition, they were then drawn away at Worthing in the next round and this was played on Thursday 26th June.
This was always going to be a tough ask away at Worthing and unfortunately this was the end of the road to the Kyocera B team with a 4:1 loss.
