Ipswich Ladies' Success
Ipswich Golf Club was well represented at the Suffolk Senior Championships held on 1- 3 August at Brett Vale.
On Friday, the strokeplay competition was played in very wet conditions however this didn’t stop Kristina Matthews posting a winning gross score and moving through to the match play element of the championship held over the weekend .
Joining Kristina, 3 more Ipswich ladies were successful in going through to the match play (gross & handicap )knockout stages.
Defending her title and against a tough Aldeburgh competitor in the final, Sharon Luckman was victorious for a second year.
