The committee set the closing date for this event as Saturday, August 9th. This is fast approaching. All payments (£45, £15 entry fee, £15 each for your meal can be paid online or in cash), guest details, and food selections must be confirmed by this date. If not, your names will be removed and opened up to other members. If you don’t wish to eat, can you please mark this on the sheet.

If anyone has any donations they can be handed to any committee members.

The committee has confirmed the charities as Irvine & Troon Cancer Care & Renal Unit at Ayr Hospital.

We have secured 4 balls for auction on the day from Royal Troon and West Kilbride so far. We will have another four secured before the day.

There will also be other prizes on the day for nearest the pins, along with a Raffle.
