Members’ Complaints and Concerns
- Please Use the Proper Channels
The Council of Management wishes to remind all members that several directors, committee members, and staff have recently reported being approached mid-round — sometimes just before teeing off — with complaints or concerns about the course, clubhouse, practice area, or other club matters.

While we value your feedback and want to hear from you, raising these issues during play can disrupt concentration and affect enjoyment of the game. Our directors, committee members, and staff are entitled to enjoy their time on the course just like any other member.

We kindly ask all members to respect this and avoid discussing complaints or concerns during someone’s round.

How to Raise Your Concerns

To ensure your feedback is addressed properly and without misunderstanding, please use the appropriate channels:

Preferably in writing, by email to office@girtongolf.co.uk

You may also speak to the office in person or arrange a suitable time for discussion

By following this process, we can handle your comments more effectively, ensuring they are given the time and attention they deserve.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
