English Junior Champion Club Finals
Tuesday 12th - Wednesday 13th August
Our team of Abi Hope, Issy McDonald and Alex Turner beat Woodbridge GC at Diss GC in the Suffolk Final to go through to the National Finals at Spalding Golf Club on 12, 13th and 14th August.
Sadly Alex and Abi were unable to take part so Dylan Cook and Jess McDonald took their place.
Junior organisers Sue and Wendy travelling with the team, Men's Captain Gary Aldis was there to support on both competitions days.
Issy, Dylan, and Jessie, were tied joint 1st on day one with Easthampstead with 85 points.
Some great golf was played again on day two, sadly they couldn't quite do it but finished 2nd out of 31 teams across the UK with 156 points.
Not only did they finish 2nd, but they were the highest scoring team to have represented Suffolk.
