Grayson Cup Results, Pro-Am Results, Fish & Chip Friday's, Bingo Night
Grayson Cup Results
A bumper turnout for the Grayson Cup competition over the weekend, with 146 members playing. Congratulations to Judith Pemble for winning the competition with 45 points. Billy Darby, Dave Turner and Louise Colvin all had 40 points. The full results are attached with today's latest news email. Also attached, is the latest Hollymead Cup standings. The Autumn Tankard on 30th and 31st August are the only remaining qualifying events for the Hollymead Cup and the Len Hodge competitions.
Pro-Am Results
28 teams played in our annual Pro-Am on Friday. 3 Professionals shared 1st place after all shooting 3-under par rounds of 67. They were; Ben Harmer, Luke Cornford and James Sharp. The team event was won by Jude Stroud, Ethan Franklin and Ozzy Rishman, with their Professional Brook Langmead, with a score of 95 points.
A big thank you to everyone that helped with ball-spotting/starting and various other jobs on the day. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Fish & Chip Friday - This Friday
This Friday is Fish and Chip Friday. Please contact the bar staff if you would like to book a table. The menu is attached with today's latest news email. We also have another Fish and Chip Friday taking place next Friday, 29th August.
Bingo Night - 26th September
The sign up sheet for the next Bingo Night is now up on the notice board in the Spike Bar. This is taking place on 26th September. Please add your names to the sign up sheet if you would like to attend. More information on the poster attached with today's latest news email.
