Guest Payments
Outstanding Fees
Guest fees are an important source of revenue for the club and we encourage our members to bring family and friends to our course. Whilst the club has seen a massive improvement in the payment of guest fees, there are still some who continue to avoid payment. I have set out some rules below:
1. If you unable to pay in the office or in the bar, you can pay in advance by calling the office and paying by card over the phone or by bank transfer to Virgin Money, Account: 30115950 Sort Code: 82-62-22 Reference: Your Name/Date Played
2. BRS must be kept up to date. If you delete (or add) a guest this must be done on BRS. Administration will track and follow up on all non-payments.
3. If you bring a guest onto the course and it is not registered in BRS then the club reserves the right to take action (including suspension).
