Success at Launceston and Perranporth
Phil & Pat’s Victory at Launceston in the Cots & Tots Charity Event.
A big congratulations to Phil and Pat for their fantastic performance at the Cots & Tots Charity Event held at Launceston. Both players showcased exceptional skill and determination throughout the competition, ultimately securing £120 each in winnings. Their success not only reflects individual excellence but also demonstrates the strong spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship. Well done, Phil and Pat!
Rothwell Shield at Perranporth – Bowood Team Secures Third Place
Our Bowood team delivered a commendable performance in the Rothwell Shield held at the challenging Perranporth course. Despite the demanding conditions and stiff competition, the team secured a third-place finish, earning £45 each.
Unfortunately, the team photo is missing two key players, Len Flower and Mike Marshall, who also contributed to this great result. Special mention goes to Gary Watson and Mike Marshall, who achieved an outstanding 43 points, an impressive feat considering it was their very first time playing at Perranporth.
A tremendous effort all around—congratulations to the entire team for representing Bowood so strongly!
