On Sunday 24th August RJGC travelled to La Moye for the Ben May Cup.
The weather was hot with a little breeze for the morning Foursomes, but really heated up for a sticky afternoon session of singles. All matches were played off scratch.
The morning session was more successful for La Moye, with the results finishing 3-1 to the visitors.
The afternoon singles were definitely a much stronger affair for The Royal but unfortunately not enough to turn the result around - resulting in a 5-3 advantage for the home team.
The over all score finishing 8-4 and La Moye retained the cup.
