The Criffel cup was donated by Mrs Barbour in 1962 and has been played for as an Open singles handicap event for the last 63 years. The Ladies also play for the Brymor Trophy presented by CR associates ltd for the best scratch score on the day.
On Thursday the 7th of August Southerness Ladies held the annual Criffel Cup. With the course in excellent condition and the weather fair 30 ladies took to the links to battle it out for the trophies.
