This week sees us playing the first round of the Presidents Cup and for new members and a refresher for all i would like to inform you of the format.
The first week will be stableford and the second week will be strokeplay.
Your stableford score from round one will be subtracted from your nett score on your second week giving us our winner and runner-up.
In the event of a tie, countback will apply on your second round score.
This competition is one of our Majors and the prize monies will be £150 for the winner and £75 for the runner up.
In addition this year there will be a swindle for the second week and the best Nett score will also win the Salmen Shield.

We are very pleased to say Gunmarsh, our resident bookies are kindly running a Tote for the result of the Presidents Cup.

1. £5 a bet, no limit on how many £5's placed with 100% payout.
