Competitors faced a challenging test as the Men’s Betterball Open took place in very breezy conditions, with strong winds sweeping across the course. Play was briefly suspended early in the day due to thunder and lightning, but once the weather cleared, thankfully the competition continued without further interruption - and no rain!

Despite the elements, scoring remained impressively high. Leading the way were Dom McGrail and Bo McGrail from Walmley, who carded a superb 44 points to claim top spot. Further prize winners were:
