Saturday 27th September – The George Shepherd Memorial ‘ChaChaCha’ team competition.
Teams to consist of 4 players (3 players can be accepted).
Open to all members, with a weekend surcharge for 5 day members.
This is a stableford competition with 1 score counting on the first hole, 2 scores on the second hole, 3 scores on the third hole then back to 1 score, 2 scores, 3 scores etc etc (also known as a ‘waltz’ – 1,2,3 – 1,2,3 – 1,2,3).
Entry fee of £5 per person will be taken from gold cards on the 25th/26th and once taken are non refundable.
Playing handicaps will be 85% of course handicaps.
Team tee times can be booked trough the office by email. Please list all 4 names in full.
If you are unable to enter a team but would like to play please contact match & handicap (Handicap@westhovegolfclub.co.uk) stating roughly when you would be able to play and they will try to help get you into a team.
On that same note, if a team needs an extra player also get in touch with M&H.
