Following last night's Management Committee meeting please find the Fees & associated Costs 2026.
As instructed by The Management Committee here at Castle Eden Golf Club.
The fees and charges applicable for the 2026 calendar year are set out below.
Included in this year’s subscriptions are England Golf affiliation fees and Durham County Golf Union affiliation fees. This has been already added and is included in your annual subscription.
Full Playing Member £840.00
Retired Member £620.00
Full Time Student Member £420.00. Proof of student status required.
Junior 6 – 10 £20.00
Junior 11 – 12 £41.00
Junior 13 – 14 £62.00
Junior 15 – 16 £84.00
Junior 17 – 18 £126.00
Intermediate 19 -21 £420.00
Membership Joining Fee £500.00 (if applicable)
Social Member £42.00
Buggy Garaging £126.00
Large Locker Rental £32.00
Small Locker Rental £16.00
Trolley Storage £32.00
A 4-month INSTALLMENT OPTION for membership fees is available, which requires payments on the 1st of January. 1st February. 1st March and 1st April.
A 10-month INSTALLMENT OPTION for membership fees is available, which requires payments on the 1st day of each month, January 2026– October 2026.
Any member wishing to use the four-monthly or ten-monthly option should notify the Secretary in writing or via e-mail, no later than Monday 10th November 2025.
Any member electing to pay by instalments and who fails to pay by the given time will result in suspension from the club & all competitions until the relevant payments are received. Please note:
Membership is for the whole year Jan – Dec and any payment plan entered, must be completed in full.
All fees & charges become due on 1st January 2026.
PAYMENT OPTIONS are –
Bank Transfer Payments due on the 1st day of each month January – October inclusive. Please set this up from your bank to ours. ELECTRONIC BANKING transfers, please quote your invoice reference number.
CHEQUE (Please quote your membership reference number on the reverse).
CASH or DEBIT/CREDIT CARD.
EPOS. Members are advised that any monies on their membership card can also be use against your 2026 subscriptions.
Payment through the Club V1 members hub. Members are advised that payment can now be made through your CLUB V1 Members hub account. Log in, select FINANCE, select SUBSCRIPTIONS, select the latest bill, and then select pay, please note this method can only be used for FULL payment.
