Mandatory Winter Mats in Operation from Thursday,
As part of our ongoing course care through the winter months, winter mats will come into operation starting on holes 1 and 18 from Thursday, 13th November.
These mats will be required from approximately 150 yards in to the green, areas signified with a white line across the fairway, helping to protect the most frequently played areas of the fairways as ground conditions soften.
Mats will be available on the fairways for all players to use. Alternatively, golfers may choose to move their ball to the semi-rough for their shot if they prefer. It will be mandatory to play from a fairway mat or without a mat from the semi-rough.
