Dear Member,

The Strategic Plan sets out the strategic planning priorities for the Club as determined by the Board of Directors. The period it covers is up to 2030 although certain of the objectives are likely to be achieved beyond 2030.

The document (attached) gives a brief overview of the planning criteria the Board considered to identify the strategic objectives for the club. Some consultation has already been undertaken with staff and the standing committees at the Club.

The principal focus of the document is to provide the best golfing experience we can here at Vicars Cross. To achieve this there are certain ancillary elements that the club needs to address, for example, a completely new water strategy. Due to the fundamental nature of some of the objectives work is already underway towards a number of the objectives in the Plan.
