We have been informed by our software supplier, Club Systems, that in January (currently scheduled for 12th January) they will be launching a brand new HowDidiDo platform.

What this means for members is that, once launched, you will need to re-register for the new HowDidiDo, however the registration process has been significantly simplified. All you will need to do is input your email address that is linked to your ClubV1 record and the system will send a one-time passcode to your email address. You will input this into HowDidiDo and it will then link you to our club as well as any other clubs that you may be a member of that use ClubV1. You will only need to do this once, but you may occasionally be sent another one-time passcode.

HowDidiDo can be accessed via www.howdidido.com or via a downloadable app from your app store.

Access via the website will remain completely free of charge, however Club Systems have confirmed that the app will now have a charge associated.

Members will either need to pay £2.99 per year for the standard HowDidiDo app ,which will contain adverts similar to the current version, or pay £9.99 per year for the HowDidiDo app with no 3rd party adverts at all. This payment will be taken via subscription within the app itself.
