Cashless Environment from 1 January 2026
Dear Members,

We would like to remind you of the upcoming change to our payment systems at the Club.

From 1 January 2026, the Club will move to a cashless environment. From this date, cash will no longer be accepted for any transactions, including the clubhouse, office, competitions, range balls, member guest fees and other club services.

What this means for members, guests and visitors
• Payments can be made using members cards, *credit and debit cards, mobile wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay), and other approved electronic payment methods.
• This change will allow for faster service, improved security, and more efficient administration across the Club.
• It also aligns the Club with modern banking and payment practices.

We understand that changes like this can take time to adjust to, and we are committed to supporting our members during the transition.

*Credit Cards cannot be used to pay annual subscription fees.

Cash can still be used for items purchased in the Professional shop.
